The Welcome Dinner Menu:

Wednesday, June 5th, 7-10  PM
The Westin Verasa, Solera Courtyard

Served ‘plated’ per person (Not family style this year):

SALAD:

Strawberry Spinach Arugula Salad with Avocado, Candied Pecans, Feta, and a Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

MAINS (includes all 3 on each plate):

Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri

Pan Roasted Chicken Breasts with Preserved Lemon & Jus

Farfalle with Broccoli, Garlic and Calabrian Pepper

Petit sweets for the table
